How the system gets built
It starts by reading your inbox.
Before anything is automated, I go through the last few months of enquiries with you: what people asked, what your team replied, which ones became orders, and how long the first reply took. That is the material the assistant is built from. One trained on your own replies sounds like your business. One written from a blank prompt sounds like every other one.
Then it goes live on a narrow job. Usually that is the first reply: acknowledging the enquiry within minutes, answering the straightforward factual questions, and asking the two or three things your team always needs before it can quote. Narrow is deliberate. An assistant that does one thing reliably earns trust, and one that attempts everything gets switched off inside a fortnight.
It widens as it proves itself: scoring enquiries so your team calls the best first, email sequences for buyers planning for next season, and a clean handover into your CRM or inbox so no lead lives only inside the assistant.
What I need from you
Access to the inbox and the forms where enquiries arrive, and a few hours of time from your sales team.
Your product facts, written down and correct. An assistant that quotes a lead time wrong is worse than no assistant, so this gets checked properly before it answers anybody.
A decision on tone and disclosure: how it introduces itself, and what it never attempts to answer. You set those limits and I build to them.
Who this suits
Suppliers receiving more enquiries than the team can answer quickly, particularly where they arrive in a rush around harvest or bottling.
It suits you best if a slow reply genuinely costs you work, and if what you sell can be described precisely enough to answer without guessing.
If you get a handful of enquiries a month and answer them all the same day, this solves a problem you do not have, and I will tell you that before you spend anything.
How you will know it is working
Time to first reply, how many enquiries your team judged worth a call, and how many reached a quote.
Each month we read the actual replies together. You will see what the assistant said in your name, rather than a satisfaction score standing in for it.
I built the AI inbound sales assistant for Golden State Box Factory. It answers enquiries, gathers project details and briefs the sales team before they reply.

Questions
- Will customers know they're talking to AI?
- The assistant replies as your business, and you decide how it introduces itself. Your team reviews and takes over every serious lead.
- Does it work with our existing tools?
- Yes. I connect it to the email, forms and CRM you already use.
